2024 Land Rover Defender Redesign: New Trim Level
What else is new for the 2024 Land Rover Defender? How about a new trim level? The Outbound trim has a seating capacity for five people and has a retro appearance thanks to the County Exterior Pack that brings back the classic, almost box-like shape.
This special edition trim has the following:
- 3.0L I-6 mild hybrid engine
- D300 diesel engine available
- 20- or 22-inch wheels
- Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac tires
- Matte paint
- Rubber floor protection
- Rear color-matched side panels for accessories (replacing the rear windows)
- Extra storage cubbies
- Latch points for cargo.
- Four colors: Carpathian Grey, Eiger Grey, Fuji White, and Santorini Black
2024 Land Rover Defender Redesign: Engines & Space
You can get I-6 and V-8 engines available in two states of tune. You’ll find the supercharged 5.0L V8 as an option, as well as a lower-power version available for the 130 and 110. You can get the lower version with 493 hp or the higher power one with 518 hp.
When you choose a Defender 130 with the V8, you can get a bigger version to seat up to eight people. When going with the Outbound trim, it trades the third row for extra cargo space.
Most everything else is carrying over from 2023, giving you plenty of 2024 Land Rover Defender updates to get ready for once the new model years hit our lot.
